Shadow Work Prompts: Getting Curious About Yourself ✨
When I first started shadow work, I didn’t call it that. I didn’t even know what that was! Honestly, I was just stuck at my 9–5 desk job, bored out of my mind, and looking for something to pass the time. I stumbled into journaling as a way to ask myself different questions- the kind that don’t usually come up in everyday conversation.
At first, it felt almost silly. But the more I answered, the more I realized: wow, I’ve never actually said this out loud to myself before. These little questions opened doors I didn’t know were closed. They helped me get to know myself in a fundamental way and that curiosity sparked the very beginning of my personal growth journey.
That’s why I created this free PDF of 31 Shadow Work Prompts. Think of it as a conversation starter with yourself—gentle, no-pressure, and meant to meet you exactly where you are. You can work through them daily, weekly, or whenever you feel that nudge of curiosity.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or doing it “right.” It’s about giving yourself space to explore the parts of you that might feel hidden or ignored, and realizing they’re not something to be afraid of—they’re part of your design.
